Responsibilities
Responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals resulting in new customer acquisitions.
Lead program sales/support efforts by initiating face-to-face presentations, conducting meetings, providing marketing support, and managing the referral/rewards program.
Analyze and evaluate data, recommend acquisition strategies, provide reporting for program performance, and coordinate the development and distribution of sales collateral.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or seven years of progressive experience in program management
Five years of experience in program management or account management. Utility and/or Real Estate a plus.
Possess strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence action
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Work well under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects in a timely and well-organized fashion
Problem-solving skills: ability to listen, identify the root cause, offer appropriate recommendations, and determine the best resolution
Experienced with marketing budgets and forecasts
Marketing: 4 years (Required)
real estate: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Experience in a channel or program development for retail or deregulated company
Experience managing referrals, affinity programs, and/or loyalty programs
Experience developing affiliate marketing programs or digital/mobile marketing
Experience with social media or creating online communities
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Excel PowerPoint, and social media platforms
Some experience with CRMs, and email marketing platforms
