Responsibilities

Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across various programs, utilizing organic and paid social media, paid search, content syndication, email marketing, events & webinars, video marketing, and web content.
Serve as a subject matter expert for digital channels, ensuring best practices are applied to all tactics.
Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, content, and design across communications.
Coordinate marketing calendars across multiple programs.
Execute tactical marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital strategies, and collaborating with external publications.
Collaborate effectively with various teams, including content writers, design, social media, localization, events, and digital channels.
Support promotional activities for trade shows and user meetings.
Establish KPIs and metrics reporting for campaigns, recommending data-driven tactical adjustments and exploring new channels or formats.
Manage projects in the Project Management System.

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, managing global marketing programs.
Demonstrated experience in creating and deploying demand-generating campaigns.
Strong writing skills tailored for B2B audiences across various formats.
Expertise in digital marketing best practices and trends.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Organized with solid project management skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with various MarTech and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics.

Preferred

Experience in event management or marketing (live/virtual) is a plus.
