Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage customer and commercial relationships
Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities
Manage customer projects, including coordination between technical teams and operations teams, ensuring timely deliverables and communication to the executive team
Collaborate with internal teams to align on company goals and strategies
Own new responsibilities as the company scales

Required
2+ years experience in business development, management consulting, investment banking customer success, and/or project management
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in a client-facing role
Mining, mineral processing, and/or renewable energy experience
