Required

Proven experience in leadership roles, coaching, mentoring, and guiding highly talented technical teams.

Demonstrated success in hiring, retaining, and leading top-tier engineering talent.

In-depth knowledge of web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular.

Experience in building customer-facing products with high performance, availability, and scalability, and integrating new technologies based on industry standards.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, customers, partners, and engineers.

Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in designing and building efficient software products in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment. Hands-on experience architecting and building modern REST APIs.

Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methodologies.

Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and ownership, empowering teams, and driving positive change.

Experience in leading individual contributors, providing career direction, coaching, and creating development plans.

Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating effectively with remote team members.

BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
