Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure sales targets are met.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
