Responsibilities
Evaluate product features against customer needs and competition.
Prepare technical requirement documents based on information gathered.
Liaise between customers and Platform Engineering team.
Identify table stake, differentiated, and innovative features for the product.

Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT, Phoenix, AZ, or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in Healthcare domain.
Experience in Product Management.
Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test-driven development tools.

Preferred
Any one payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS.
Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs).
Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE, and User Story writing.
Customer users to understand their pain points and turn these into journey maps, actionable user stories.
Multiple customers conducting analysis and incorporate findings, feedback, and insights from customer and business research.
Sound knowledge and experience on Agile.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Experience working in Payer, Provider, or PBM Organizations.
Product Management environment and working with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organization, vendors).
Ability to understand applications, systems, processes to enable execution of product and implementation requirements.
Conduct workshops, understand user personas, identify, decompose, groom, and prioritize user stories while eliciting requirements from business partners and clearly identify acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
Customer obsession, seeking ways to listen, engage, and act for their benefit.
Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems.
Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.
Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.
Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics/open questions.
Strong acumen in MS office related tools – PowerPoint, Excel.
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
Aspiring to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Has a proactive can-do attitude.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
