Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to streamline interactions
Create rational user flows and digital touch-points for products
Design targeted improvements to the Human-Centered Design framework
Iterate interactive prototypes based on tasks, scenarios, and journeys
Develop new cross-functional design patterns and standards
Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders on designs
Propose design improvements to product managers
Communicate design decisions and represent all experience touch-points
Engage with multidisciplinary teams and lead collaborative activities
Champion Human-Centered Design across the business
Analyze failures in experiences and suggest improvements
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement
