Responsibilities

Must have the ability to articulate and document Requirement traceability matrix, test considerations, test strategy, test plan and test cases for mainframe modernization initiatives.

Must have the ability to right size a team of QA engineers and lead them to deliver within a well-defined defect management framework.

Must have the ability to work AMQ or Kafka or any other messaging broker.

Should have the ability to replicate & execute the app-specific test cases derived from mainframe, to a java app deployed as micro services.

Candidate should embrace automation initiatives and should have prior experience implementing test automation at scale.

Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with key stakeholders and document information gathered.

Preferred skills: good understanding of DB2, SQL server, IBM MQ, RedHat AMQ and microservices.
