Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of Operations Modernization projects
Must have prior experience managing technical projects or IT implementations and the ability to understand high level technical conversations to determine risks and dependencies
Manage Modernization Agile Software Solution Operation Project Teams including delivery, budget, staffing, and scope
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks internally with the Program and with client counterparts
Good communication and presentation skills to enable client relationships and management reporting
Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Operations Leads, Functional Leads, and Modernization Project Managers to manage day to day delivery
Coordinate, escalate/expedite cross team dependencies and blockers to clear the path for the Scrum Teams to deliver their Sprint goals
Coordinate with Architects from EA, Security, Data teams to enable the Scrum Teams in design conversations
Ensure projects are completed within required software end of life and/or FDA ODT mandated dates
Engage with diverse technical and business stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in for strategic and tactical efforts in technical projects, process improvements, operations organization/administration)
Build, refine, and maintain Project schedules and their dependencies
Build staffing forecasts, rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimations, notional schedules and roadmaps, implementation plans etc. in response to new SOWs
Author and review project deliverables
Supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 day-to-day application support operations, user support, monitoring, database, release management, and incident/outage response within the defined SLA (mean time to respond, mean time to resolve, uptime) for both Traditional Operations systems and DevSecOps models
Familiarity with managing IT Operations through ServiceNow

Required
