Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques.

Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards.

Oversee the design and delivery of standard and custom reports and insights.

Generate growth projections and develop 'what-if' analyses for clients.

Interpret data, assess performance, and ensure data accuracy.

Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders.

Required

5+ years in business systems and data analysis work.

Expertise in monitoring key performance indicators, dashboards, and executive visualization.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into a compelling story.

Experience in data aggregation, manipulation, data modeling, and statistical analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm about learning new tools and technologies.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple complex efforts under defined timelines.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred

Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other data manipulation programming languages.

Hands-on experience using Google Analytics for reporting and optimization.

Experience with advanced predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques.
