Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Network Access Control and CAA space. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. Identify new opportunities for product innovations to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute product initiatives effectively. Communicate product requirements and priorities clearly to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of objectives. Lead cross-functional meetings, sprints, and workshops to drive product development and delivery milestones.
Product Development And Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize release content, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery to market. Conduct market research, user interviews, and participate in usability studies to gather insights and validate product concept. Define product metrics and KPIs to measure success, analyze data, and iterate on product improvements.
Product Marketing And Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and training resources, to support the sales team. Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, address product-related inquiries, and drive product adoption.
Customer Engagement And Feedback: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing customer needs and preferences in product decisions. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Deep understanding of Network Access Control (NAC) and Certificate Authority Authorization (CAA) technologies, protocols, and standards a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities and vice versa.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer value.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in the cybersecurity industry
