Responsibilities
The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of company events, developing event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and engaging target audience segments through various marketing channels.
The role includes negotiating partnerships with sponsors and vendors, tracking and analyzing event performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all event materials.
Supervise the set-up, running, and breakdown of the event, identifying and resolving problems. Meet with clients to plan events and establish budgets. Select event vendors and staff, and direct and supervise their work. Plan and manage the logistics of an event, including venue, guests, programs, catering, and marketing. Track event expenses and review accuracy of invoices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
6-10 years of experience in event marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination
Preferred
Proficiency in event management software and CRM platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling event-related content
Supervisory experience in event management
Experience in negotiating partnerships with sponsors and vendors
Experience in tracking and analyzing event performance
Experience ensuring brand consistency across all event materials
