Responsibilities

Lead projects, from planning to support.

Act as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Finance & HCM modules (Payroll/Time & Labor preferred).

Partner with stakeholders to gather & document requirements.

Design & implement solutions, minimizing custom development.

Lead user testing & troubleshoot production issues.

Mentor junior analysts.

Identify process improvements & design best practices.

Create reports & conduct user training.

Required

5+ years PeopleSoft (or similar ERP) experience with 3+ modules (AP, PO, AM, GL, KK, GM, Banking, Workflow, Payroll, Time & Labor). Full lifecycle implementation experience a plus.

Bachelor's in CS, MIS, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).

Extensive experience managing & supporting PeopleSoft HCM/Finance applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

Experience with recent PeopleSoft Suites & database management.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality work & manage priorities.

Team player who thrives in a diverse environment.
