Responsibilities
Provide organizational and logistical support across all Marketing campaigns and initiatives, including the annual Make Good Famous Summit.
Coordinate and organize the Marketing team, manage project management tools, Google Drive, meetings, notes, social media, and more.
Develop an annual content calendar for events and activities, particularly for social media, newsletters, and the website.
Oversee merchandising, including inventory tracking, ordering, packing, and distribution.
Support in the coordination of design, production, and printing of marketing materials.
Contribute ideas for digital platforms to engage target audiences.
Leverage trends and data insights for creative content ideas.
Support the development of briefs for external vendors and partners.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, gather insights, and contribute recommendations for optimization.
Manage Marketing's platforms and maintain accurate records and status updates.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Required
2+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication in English

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and mission-driven work.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
