Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists and manage calendars.
Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Book travel arrangements and manage logistics for team members.
Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

Required
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
