Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for the company’s Oracle Fusion environment
Design, optimize, and manage the Oracle Fusion environment – including complex system configurations, data management, and security settings – building our ERP to be a reliable source of truth for Finance and Accounting Data (GL, AP, AR, OM, FA, Procurement, EPM).
Build, maintain, and execute on a roadmap for the evolution of our ERP, based on cross-functional and executive input as well as your assessment of our system needs
Collaborate with the Security team to support overall platform security
Participate in the evaluation, scope, and implementation of new systems and integrations
Implement automation for complex business processes
Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users as needed
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and lead projects to implement solutions
Develop and implement best practices for using Oracle Fusion to support our business processes and ensure data integrity
Stay current with Oracle Fusion releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and make recommendations for adoption
Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams
Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion, providing guidance and thought leadership to the team
Plan and lead business solution design process to understand and define functional project requirements
Help to drive user adoption of new technology

Required
8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Administrator
You have in-depth knowledge of Procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning modules in Oracle Fusion.
Is a highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team & growth-oriented mindset
Possess the ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
Experience managing outside contractors for support and large-scale Oracle Fusion initiatives
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Oracle Fusion and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and design effective solutions
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to large groups
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus
