Responsibilities
Develop and execute on strategic partnerships and National Accounts business development.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to drive engagement and identify growth opportunities.
Serve as a representative of ParetoHealth in the marketplace, attending National events and conferences.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact, using data-driven insights.
Support Regional VPs and develop relationships with in-market benefits consultants and National channel partners.
Work closely with finance to develop new reporting for managing National performance metrics.
Report to National Account partners on performance, goals, trends, and opportunities.
Report on key sales National initiatives and ROI on campaigns and events.
Manage all agency, contact, and new business opportunity changes in the CRM related to National Sales.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years work experience in corporate strategy and/or business development, and financial analysis (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Strategic thinker and relationship builder who is continuously looking to drive new partnerships and maximize growth of current partnerships
Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, growing company - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform and drive decision-making
Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communications with strong executive presence and aptitude to represent the Cost
Containment team and company to internal and external stakeholders
Experience with analyzing data from various sources
