Responsibilities

Manage customer expectations and facilitate insightful conversations on strategy and action planning based on assessment results.
Interview executives about their company goals and business context, thinking critically about how Entromy’s products fit.
Act as a thought partner to help customers see the benefits of best practices.
Collect customer feedback and close the product feedback loop on their experience with Entromy’s products and services.
Communicate the product roadmap to ensure trust and loyalty to our platform.
Manage multiple accounts at various points in the customer lifecycle.
Conduct virtual platform training for customers on the Entromy platform.
Assist executives in capturing organizational health data to identify strengths and opportunities.
Maintain close relationships with customers to support talent teams and align the talent strategy with the organization's strategy.
Be accountable for successful customer experiences, subsequent renewals, and continued product usage.
Onboard customers and support the deployment of our software solution.
Maintain expert knowledge of our features and actively participate in new feature training.
Work cross-functionally with other Entromy team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues.
Contribute to ongoing team process documentation, knowledge base creation, and FAQs.
Organize, analyze, and share information with other teams to ensure company decisions consider the voice of the customer.
Manage multiple customers and balance several projects simultaneously.
Use data to effectively guide customers on suitable next steps based on best practices.
Own projects across the entire lifecycle, from framing and planning to effective implementation, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery while managing costs and budgets.
Create and manage project timelines and document meeting notes, progress, and risks.

Required

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a related field
Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with CRM and customer engagement tools

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with help articles and videos
