Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the executive.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Support the executive team with various projects and tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
