Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic product strategy aligned with Ottimate's business objectives and market opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.

Drive product innovation by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to enhance Ottimate's product offerings.

Lead and mentor a diverse global product team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Partner closely with the Head of Engineering to align product development with technical capabilities and ensure platform scalability and performance.

Conduct market research, engage with industry stakeholders, and gather customer insights to optimize product-market fit.

Actively participate in senior leadership meetings, providing product insights and contributing to overall company strategy.

Required

MBA qualification preferred, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field. MS/BS in Engineering or STEM is a huge plus.

10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and scaling product organizations within growth-stage SaaS companies. Deep product expertise spanning both strategic and technical product management, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Extensive expertise in verticalized SaaS solutions, ideally within the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

Experience managing and mentoring large product teams (15+ members), fostering collaboration and innovation.

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and execution plans.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strong preference towards candidates located on the West Coast of the US.
