Responsibilities
Oversee the management, execution, and delivery of curriculum products from inception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers, editors, graphic designers, and production artists to realize a product in its entirety.
Conduct regular check-ins and strategy meetings with consultants and clients for project alignment and issue resolution.
Assist in the management and training of writing teams, providing mentorship to foster professional growth.
Vet, interview, and onboard new freelancers, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
Assist the Business Development Director in reaching out to potential clients and pitching services.
Attend education conferences to expand the company's network and submit bids on RFPs.

Required
Master's degree in an education-related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in content development for educational publishing.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with diverse digital tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
