Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.

Oversees all aspects of projects.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.

Support team in launching A/B experiments for various Gen AI use cases requiring human involvement.

Coordinate manual QA work with Home Design team for generating AI images from white background product images.

Manage a team of 40 designers.

Work with science team and designers to create lifestyle images.

Guide designers to meet image quality control/bar of efficiency/# images/week.

Identify defects and areas of improvement.

Perform quality control, test different prompts, and conduct data analysis.

Review generated high-quality AI images for detail pages.

Assist with program organization and task designation.

Create SOPs and define clear quality and image expectations.

Streamline feedback between science team and HM.
