Responsibilities
Lead successful, standard, out-of-the-box customer implementations across the product suite, collaborating directly with clients
Engage in support processes, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist users with platform navigation
Conduct admin and end-user functional training, creating resources and delivering tailored training sessions for institutional use cases
Provide data-driven feature recommendations by researching and consulting with university administrators to propose scalable solutions to the product team
Collaborate with Data Engineering team members and the product team on feature recommendations
Resolve technical integration issues by working with the engineering team
Develop deep product knowledge, demonstrate competence in the existing implementation cycle, and empathize with customer challenges
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and growth

Required
Experience leading software system implementation projects
Experience with setting priorities, creating project plans, and monitoring progress towards goals/activities
Ability to proactively identify and report on risks, issues, and dependencies for the project
Strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute to building new processes and systems desirable
Clear and succinct verbal and written communication skills for user experience, UI, technical issues, business, and product requirements
Solid understanding of database/data warehouse/business intelligence architecture and confidence conversing in technical SaaS terminology to develop core requirements
Consultative approach to problem-solving and excellent judgment
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive closure of complex delivery challenges
Experience working with systems like Notion, Clarizen, SalesForce, Freshdesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets
Experience with SQL or scripting languages is a plus
