Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial risks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Perform compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Prepare reports and presentations on risk assessment and compliance findings.

Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

Provide guidance and support to management on risk and compliance matters.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in risk management or finance.

3+ years of experience in risk assessment.

2+ years of experience in compliance auditing.

Proficient in risk assessment methodologies, compliance auditing, and analytical skills.

Preferred

Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is highly desired.

CRMA, CIA, or CPA certification.
