Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to prototyping, testing, and mass production.

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all product components.

Drive the development of SDKs that enable third-party developers to build on top of hardware and software platforms.

Develop and execute the overall product strategy for both hardware and software components, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.

Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees to ensure the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring timely delivery of components and services.

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.

Have a startup mindset and be comfortable with ambiguity, curiosity, agility, empathy, and customer focus.

Required

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
