Responsibilities

Assist with the development and creation of unique product offerings across multiple lines of business

Support requests from internal stakeholders and sales/broker teams to fulfill private label and branded programs

Conduct research regarding new product and packaging ideas

Coordinate new product development including market & product research, competitive analysis, timeline development, sourcing, costing, and packaging

Support the sales team in coordination with the sourcing department by locating and pricing products and packaging which meet customer specifications and price points

Assist with product costing breakdown and bill of materials development, including raw materials, components, labor, and other costs to determine pricing

Manage procedures such as sample log and placing/tracking orders

Communicate with domestic and third-party vendors for obtaining pricing stock and other information, request samples, and finalize information for purchasing, marketing, production, and other departments
