Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing communications and promotional efforts.

Identify customer trends and competitive offerings to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with designers and agencies to create deliverables aligned with strategic goals and brand standards.

Leverage MGK-owned channels for market support plans.

Assist with industry events and trade shows.

Develop relationships with sales, technical service, and R&D teams to generate content and sales materials.

Track and measure performance of marketing communications programs.

Develop and execute support programs with paid media and distributors.

Create engaging content for paid media/distributor partners and MGK owned digital channels.

Manage and track annual marketing budgets.

Travel 15-20% as required.

Perform other assigned duties.
