Responsibilities

Effectively design and art direct all marketing materials, including digital ads, email, web pages, sales collateral, video, print, and more.

Take ideas from concept to execution, working closely with stakeholder groups to help establish scope and design direction for high-impact marketing campaigns and brand development projects.

Function as the brand steward to ensure brand standards and guidelines are maintained with our cross-functional teams.

Continuously explore the latest digital marketing and design trends to inspire new ways of thinking and cultivate creativity with unique approaches and techniques.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects at once to deliver within a timely manner.

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts and design or related field

3-5 years professional experience ideally within an agency environment

Diverse portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution across multiple design disciplines

Ability to work within project parameters: budget constraints, internal goals, and technical requirements

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Programs – most importantly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate CC, and Google Web Designer
