Responsibilities

Develop relationships and provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential accounts within the assigned territory.

Keep clients informed about promotions, new products, and customer service practices to identify growth opportunities.

Create account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and understand the existing business segments.

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for account management, maintaining logs, and generating reports.

Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure customer needs are met.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required

High school diploma or GED required.

Sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality.

CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
