Responsibilities
As a MicroStrategy developer, responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and end-user applications
Participate in gathering and documenting reporting requirements to meet business needs
Define schema, create objects/reports, dashboards, and assist with testing
Design, develop, and implement BI systems in collaboration with Business Analysts and Data Architects
Stay updated on the latest MicroStrategy/Tableau technologies and plan for their incorporation
Create/update SQL Stored Procedures, maintain materialized views, and nightly refreshers

Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance
Must possess 3-5 years of development experience with MicroStrategy
3+ years’ experience in Data Warehouse design/development experience, with knowledge of data warehousing concepts and star-schema architecture
Experience in writing SQL queries, analyzing the data discrepancies, and performance issues
Expertise in creating MicroStrategy documents, grid reports, and dashboards
Strong experience in SQL Stored Procedure
Familiarity with Redshift and materialized views
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with some other open-source BI Tool (e.g. Jasper)
