Responsibilities
Oversee DASH software by Nextgear and T&M Pro software to ensure proper job entries and manage estimates, project managers, and leads.
Communicate effectively with management and technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Accurately enter rate and material billing, coordinate billing with Home Office, post final customer invoices, and maintain billing files.
Assist in tracking receipts, enter time and material billing, manage vendor onboarding, and participate in the Month End Review process.
Perform restoration tasks, assess property damage, oversee employee training, and ensure software efficiency.
Undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years experience in restoration
Minimum 3 years experience with DASH & T&M Pro software
Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and working in all types of weather and environments.
Willingness to undergo a background check, as required by applicable law.
Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)
Sitting for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
Able to travel, both domestically (REQUIRED)
Preferred
Estimator experience preferred but not required
