Required
Bachelor’s / Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Overall 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, at least 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM development & Implementation
ServiceNow Implementation Experience is a must, and should have worked on 2 – 5 ITSM implementation projects
Client facing - determine technical and business requirements ensuring all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements and Web services using REST/SOAP
Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Suite
Experience in an Agile development environment
Experience in Service-now custom app development
Experience in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub Spokes
Experience in implementing custom integrations using REST/SOAP web services
Good understanding of ServiceNow Integration HUB and Flow designer
Good Hands-on ServiceNow Data Imports
Experience in Implementing workspaces
Experience in Service Portal Customization
Experience with User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAM
Experience in creating and using update sets to move customizations between systems
Experience in developing / customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements
Experience in implementing AD and SSO Integrations
Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools; ability to work together with Project Manager and Solution Architect
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - is a must
ServiceNow Certified CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITSM Professional Suite – is a must
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – is a must
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/SPM/HAM/SAM/GRC- Good to have
ITIL V3/V4 foundation – Good to have
