Responsibilities
Be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors.
Manage office and Mail Order Pharmacy supply orders.
Plan and coordinate both on-site and off-site meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Assist with travel arrangements for staff.
Provide administrative support to the HR manager and senior leadership.
Oversee daily tasks for employee benefit programs.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Schedule new hire and annual reviews.
Support the HR Manager with recruitment activities as needed.
Process bi-weekly payroll, including managing expense reports and benefits enrollment.
Verify timesheets and overtime hours with the relevant management personnel.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of office administration processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
A self-starter with a detail-oriented approach to work.
