Responsibilities

Promotional Store Management

Organize current in-house inventory, plan and purchase orders for website, new dealers, and trade shows

Track promo store budget allowance against purchases

Print Material Management

With support from outside vendors, coordinate and track updates to current literature, and manage the creation of new literature, from design to proof approvals via internal stakeholders

Organize and audit all company printed literature inventory

Coordinate the ordering and distribution of printed materials to new dealer locations or special projects

Document Management

Responsible for updates to program document announcements and policy manuals

Support all special company events, planned or unexpected

Possible occasional overnight and/or daytime travel to support events
