Responsibilities
Work closely with accounting to ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant at all times
Conduct data analysis using tools such as Python, Tableau, and Talend
Continuously analyze and report on operational performance and actual performance compared to budgets and forecasts, providing analysis as needed
Make recommendations to resolve or reduce risk and increase opportunities
Oversees annual budget creation to meet business goals while accounting for known and assumed expenses
Monitor actual expenses against budgets, evaluate differences, create trend and comparative analysis reports
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
6+ years relevant professional working experience demonstrating increased financial responsibility
Must have strong Excel skills and knowledge
Experienced with EAC or Estimates at Completion
Strong understanding of GAAP
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
Detail oriented
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Demonstrated strong tenure throughout career history
Preferred
Experience in Aerospace industry highly preferred!
Ability to travel occasionally
