Responsibilities

Provide functional support for existing and future business processes on Salesforce.com, and other integrated platforms that support Sales and business development organizations.
Translate business needs and requirements into technical solutions.
Manage user and license settings, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
Configure Salesforce settings such as Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, and mobile administration.
Collaborate with the business to assess the impacts of changes across the Salesforce.com platform and other applications.
Develop workflows, custom objects, and third-party integrations.
Implement system standard processes like maintenance, security, improvements, backups, etc.
Assist with release cycles, prioritize bugs, and enhancements.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, views, and system data outputs.
Lead internal support processes and ticketing solution.

Required

BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
1+ years of experience supporting and administering Salesforce.
2+ years of experience in the software or technology industry.
Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
High-degree of detail orientation with strong analytical skills.

Preferred

1+ years experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based company.
Experience in Salesloft, InsideView, Gong, Uberflip, Highspot, Tableau and/or Marketo.
Sales process and pipeline management.
