Responsibilities
Customer Centricity: Your goal is to treat each home as if it were your own, ensuring that only the right work is done in the home, and that homeowners aren’t charged more than they should be for those repairs.
Project Management: Each home we take on requires working with general contractors, a marketplace of vendors, or directly with maintenance professionals to get the job done. You’ll need to stay organized and keep vendors and partners accountable.
Quoting & Vendor Selection: Choose the right vendor for the job, based on quality and price.
Proactive Communications: Vendors in the field do not always make time to keep us updated, so you will need to stay on top of them to get constant updates. Updating homeowners during this process is key to a great experience.
Attention To Detail: Ensure that no repair is skipped, and no quote is off.
Product Mindset: Opportunity to partner with the product team, providing feedback on the homeowner’s experience and improve the app and automated communications.

Required
Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s degree
Reside in Miami, or open to relocation to Miami
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Have a Bachelor’s degree from a top tier US university
Fluency in Spanish
Experience working with customers (hospitality, retail, sales, customer service, etc.)
Industry Acumen: Knowledge in real estate, property management, home construction, or related industries
