Responsibilities

Assist higher-level inspectors in field surveying and construction layout verification

Make and check engineering computations

Perform basic mathematical calculations

Prepare and check quantity tabulations

Participate in engineering alternatives analysis by collecting and analyzing data

Evaluate the feasibility of alternate solutions

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines

Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment

Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history

16 hours per week minimum availability on a flexible schedule

Preferred

Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD CADD platforms is a plus!
