Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.

Prepare financial reports and presentations.

Support the development and implementation of internal controls.

Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to management on financial matters.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis.

2+ years of experience in internal controls and federal financial management.

Strong analytical skills and financial management expertise.

Preferred

Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM)is highly desired.

CFA or CPA certification.
