Responsibilities

Develop compelling business value proposals for solutions
Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and IT initiatives to identify areas where ConductorOne can provide solutions
Maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key buyers
Collaborate with Marketing to execute marketing plans with end users and partners
Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing
Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and embody the company's Core Values to customers

Develop compelling business value proposals for our solutions
Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, the corresponding IT initiatives, and identify issues which ConductorOne can solve
Maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with end users and partners
Work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations and the closing process
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values to our customers
Excited to be part of the core group that acquires new Enterprise customers
Enjoy building relationships with developers and executives
Self-motivated to drive a sales cycle from prospecting to close
Uncompromising when it comes to a positive customer experience

Preferred

Sold to users of Identity Management software and SOC2 Compliance tools
Background in (and/or have a lot of curiosity about) security
Experience outside of sales: marketing, engineering, design, etc.
