Responsibilities

Preparation of accurate architectural presentation, design and construction documents in REVIT.

Collaboration and coordination of design with project team including architects, designers, consultants and clients.

Research and interpretation of relevant codes and client requirements.

Implementation & utilization of established REVIT standards, families and templates.

Preparation of specifications and review of shop drawings.

Periodic travel to perform building investigations, measurements, and construction observation. Duty includes preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.

Assistance with compiling construction plans from all disciplines and submittal to agencies having jurisdiction.

Required

Proficiency in REVIT is required. AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Adaptable and receptive to instruction from others

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.

Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines.

Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.

Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

Experience in Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, and Office projects is a plus.
