Responsibilities
Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and security.
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Perform detailed data analysis and interpret results using statistical techniques.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with management and other departments to prioritize business needs and improve processes.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and BPO.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the BPO industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong knowledge of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in the BPO industry.
Certification in data analytics or related field.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
High School Diploma or equivalent education experience is required.
