Responsibilities
Ideate, drive, and oversee projects from concept to completion, moving teams and activities forward in alignment with project objectives, budget, and timelines.
Manage project scope, tasks, budget, and timeline to ensure team capacity and revenue targets are met.
Coordinate and clearly communicate deadlines, team roles and responsibilities, and any changes that have project implications.
Develop project workplans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines.
Manage and contribute to project components, including research, data collection and analysis, writing, and meeting/workshop facilitation.
Client communications, including facilitating clients' effective communication with and engagement of key internal and external stakeholders.
Business development activities, including idea generation, proposal development, RFP response management and development, conference presentations, and client upserving.
Incorporate principles of energy efficiency, energy management and sustainability into internal and client projects.
Establish and manage a formal resourcing process for the company's Creative Team.

Required
Proficient in project management practices, skills, and concepts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent budget management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, and manage multiple shifting timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, formulas, data table structure, and error checking.
Experience with data extraction, organization, and reporting.
Experienced with Office 365 products including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Able to work collaboratively and proactively in a remote team environment.
Able to maintain professionalism regarding schedules, costs, deadlines, and work processes.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Preferred
3-5 years prior experience in a consulting or creative agency environment is preferred.
Project Management experience in creative or communications deliverable development.
Successful design, implementation and management of project plans and budgets of $300,000+.
Project Management certification (PMI or other) is a plus.
Project Management experience in one of the following is a plus: government sector, grant development, program design, energy sector.
