Responsibilities
Working under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer in the design and preparation of technical reports, analysis, and construction documents.
Preparing accurate presentation, design, details, and construction documents.
Preparing permit applications and submittal packages to Agencies having jurisdiction.
Coordinating with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other project parties.
Periodic travel for site investigations and construction observation.
Preparing specifications, reviewing shop drawings, conducting field observations, and preparing inspection reports.
Collaborating with other firm engineers, architects, project managers, and business development teams.
Researching, interpreting, and implementing relevant codes and client requirements.
Implementing CPH and client standards and templates.
Reviewing documents prepared by others and ensuring project quality control.
Developing and adhering to project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Managing clients and national account programs.

Required
B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental engineering
3+ years' experience in design and permitting of civil/land development projects in Florida
Ability to model stormwater, design and manage small to large scale land development projects
Research and review code requirements
Maintain project schedule & budget
E.I Certificate
Willingness to work as a team
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to travel for site investigation, construction observation, and project transmittals
Valid state-issued driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
CAD experience
Florida utility design experience
