Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming shipping orders.
Verify accuracy of orders, including quantities and shipping details.
Enter order details into the warehouse management system.
Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and labels.
Ensure all shipping paperwork is complete and accurate.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all shipments.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Support other administrative functions within the warehouse as required.
