Responsibilities

Migrate internal client data from the current H&W platform to the new H&W platform

Conduct data analysis to ensure successful data migration

Utilize strong SQL background to write queries and tables, including experience with joins and select queries

Collaborate with the team to implement client solutions effectively

Demonstrate expertise in H&W benefits knowledge

Proven ability in a data analysis role

Excellent analysis skills

Solid experience with query languages such as SQL

Proven general experience with programming languages and relational databases

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work optimally as a team member

Demonstrated leadership skills, highly organized, self-motivated, strong time management skills, ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
