Responsibilities
Addressing responses to technical support questions from customers and sales team members
Managing the administration of cases in Salesforce
Working with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedback
Providing technical support and follow-up for the sales team in pre and post-sales
Leading and directing technical presentations and discussions with customers and the sales team
Liaising with R&D to provide technical support to internal and external customers and the sales team
Identifying suitable seminars, conferences, etc., to further support Astrea Bioseparations products and the sales team

Required
Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent
Experienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industry
Working knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell and gene therapy
Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team across multiple sites
Familiarity with Astrea product range, use of products and troubleshooting for customers
