Responsibilities
Manage the process, interactions, and integration points (between Ariba and SAP) that span the lifecycle of the relationship with the suppliers resulting in products and services bought by the University.
Assist other System’s team when needed, including back up implementation of enhancements and new functionality.
Possess a strong customer service mindset, getting the job done, and being able to navigate all while being in a software related environment.

Required
BA/BS Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Some experience in procurement, clerical, or customer service
Experience working with Microsoft Office; possesses a developed skill set specifically with Excel
Excellent organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service/soft skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Possesses and demonstrates the ability to learn the policies, procedures, and execution within system guidelines
Preferred
Experience using an enterprise procurement system
