Responsibilities

Senior management of projects, personnel, and clients with focus on project management, personnel management/mentoring, and business development.
Provides overall direction to a project or group of projects of considerable size, scope and complexity.
Ensures the accurate completion of all work products, proper quality control / quality assurance measures are in place consistent with corporate guidelines, and work procedures are performed in a safe manner.
Responsible for management and oversight of self-perform projects and work performed by subconsultants and subcontractors.
Responsible for the overall financial performance relative to project-specific budgets.
Manages/prepares proposals and technical documents.
Prepares project budgets and cost estimates.
Administers contracts for construction and remediation.
Supervises, trains, evaluates and directs professional, technical and support staff.
Manages considerably complex, multi-disciplinary projects that contain technical and financial risk and/or present significant management challenges.
Manages project budgets.
Demonstrates consistent/exemplary safety compliance.
Ensures project quality control.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Required

15+ years of experience in Design, Construction and Remediation
10+ years of Project Management experience required
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
Registration as a Professional Engineer
Federal (DOD and DOE) and Non-Federal Project Experience
Organization, written communication, and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and construction/remediation personnel
Must be willing to travel on an as-needed basis up to 25% of the time
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must possess valid driver's license
Must be able to physically navigate construction sites
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
