Responsibilities
Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the quality management system
Participate as Internal Auditor of the ISO 9001:2015/ISO14001:2015 Integrated Management systems and support/audit IATF 16949:2016 implementation and training
Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with APQP principles
Support Quality Manager to ensure products and processes comply with relevant key customer requirements
Support Quality Technicians duties when needed
Participate in formal design review meetings and quality system reviews. Deliver presentations of program quality assessments to customer and internal personnel
Support Customer RMA activities, Root cause/Corrective actions using 5 WHY/8D methodologies
Develop training to build quality awareness and design for manufacturing best practices
Support supplier quality maintenance
Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions, and preventive actions

Certified Internal IATF 16949:2016 Auditor
Manufacturing Experience
Excellent Computer skills
Excellent Math Skills
Auditing Experience
Ability to interpret schematic diagrams
Developing work instructions and procedures
Data Analysis
Process Improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing methods
The ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work well with others
Must be reliable, and have excellent attendance
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Previous experience in Quality Engineering, specifically manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable in IPC-610 Quality requirements. Certification to IPC-610 preferred
Knowledge & experience working in Automotive IATF-16949:2016 environment
Experience in Electronics, PCB environment
